As the creator, I possess complete ownership of the artwork; thus, I am permitted to utilize it for Social Media posts, portfolios, and promotional materials.

I am not, however, permitted to: Sell the artwork to a different person or business, or assert that the character or characters in the artwork are mine.

Since you, the client, may be the exclusive owner of the character(s) (if it is an oc), you are only permitted to: Share the artwork on social media; Purpose it for personal use (e.g., reference).

Nevertheless, the following are prohibited: selling the artwork for any type of profit-making; and editing and/or redistributing it to a third party (animations, recolouring, etc.) without permission.

in the case of using Paypal, I will collect half up front and the remaining half after the commissioner receives their comm. Otherwise, full payments are allowed as well.

You won't be eligible for a refund until I've completed the significant (around halfway) editing.

you can receive:

- Full amount in the event that the process is incomplete

- 50% if I've begun the process.

* Assuming I cannot finish your piece, you will be issued a full refund.

Payment should be made in approximately 48 hours except if expressed in any case.

Typically will require either a couple of days to 2 weeks. Notwithstanding, it's conceivable it could take more than a month relying upon my schedule.

Progress will be sent through the desired site (Discord, Twitter, Ko-Fi, etc.) but will mainly be attached via Google Drive to maintain the image(s) quality. I will send you updates when I have begun and finished the design. You may request updates at any point.

After your commission is finished, you will receive the full commission.

Rush orders are to be completed within 1 week of the requested commission. If this cannot be completed in time, money will be refunded to the buyer.

As the artist, I have the right to refuse service to any potential customer for any reason, especially in cases to protect myself as an artist.

I may utilize fanarts unless specifically stated by those artists that the art may not be reposted/edited, etc. In these cases, you absolutely must credit the artists whose art is used in the layouts, as well as me for the creation of the layout.

⟢ You may not, under any circumstances, resell the layouts I have created, claim the layouts to be your own, copy my specific/exact styles & claim them to be your own (even if you change the character or edit positions of imagery used in layouts), claim any psds I make to be your own or resell a PSD I have created. If you commission me, I expect that you will respect my work by crediting me, and if directly asked, that you will truthfully tell them that I am the creator of the layouts/psds. ⟢

By commissioning me, both the customer and I agree to keep the names, addresses, and other personal/sensitive information exchanged during business transactions entirely confidential.
